Good day this past week the earthsblood investment community and emerging markets in general received some very distasteful information. As  Crude earthsblood inventories faded, July numbers reflected the market as a whole. However with more output then suggested by OPEC leaders has been compromised.
Question is this report good news? Allowing the decline of earthsblood by 10 million barrels,
The answer is systemic risk to the earthsblood markets and the threatening and out right provoking of solid leadership that is keeping peace in the planet Earth in relation to emerging markets.
How did Russia get out of the deal that backed the production of so much earthsblood. Who does Libya think it is and furthermore  what does Nigeria thinks it's doing. They must be ready for war.
Good for who? An earthsblood market that has been shocked almost fourteen percent year to date. Aggravation has been aroused and sanction will be considered against these rouge nations for the largest economy and the best place to invest will be seen as week, and diminishing and eventually lose the confidence of the emerging markets. The reality in economies is if a country has high inflation then the economies currency is strong. Question is inflation bad for the economy? Is it a must? From a GDP standpoint many will argue that inflation is good. Prices like markets are meant to go up. Wages go up. Revenues go up and inflation is the catalyst to all theses happening and then some. In this point in time in global economic history the argument is then is price action to high? The markets will always continue to sell cheap if in fact they are designed to get higher.
